Technology integrations, API partnerships, cashback programs, and ongoing incentive program services require a separate written agreement. These Terms govern general use of our website and serve as a baseline; executed partnership agreements take precedence for matters specifically addressed therein.
All content on the Bestie Loop website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bestie Loop LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestie Loop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
